TRACKING AND REPORTING, A SAAS MODEL
Background :
Guard based security companies offers comprehensive solutions for today’s security challenges. As a leader in security management, they strive to exceed their client’s expectations. Guards are assigned to various locations and regions in order to provide on-site or on-foot/vehicle patrols. Different types of reports are generated based on the incident encounters and submitted to the client.Result :
Problem :
Paper based reports, tracking of guards, scheduling and a systematic approach to easily and efficiently keep track of, organize, and relay information regarding each assignment.
Solution :
The Eixsys team built a Software as a Service (SaaS) model in the secure cloud offering security companies and their clients with a dynamic web-based portal to manage clients, guards, schedules and reporting capabilities with role-based access for clients to view reports. Assigned security officers utilize mobile applications (Android + iOS) to report record incidents, manage their schedules and assigned tasks.
Result :
The solution allowed for ease and convenience scheduling guards, assigning patrol routs, ability to reduce paperwork, reduce duplication on data entry and visibility of officer’s locations (AVL/GPS). Guards are also able to upload any reports and pictures, making collaboration with other guards or clients simple and efficient.
The project provided the following deliverables:
• A dynamic cloud-based guard scheduling system
• Ability to setup patrol routes, and facility-based tasks with descriptions.
• Ability for clients to view/save/print reports
• Improved business operation through Automation
